I am so pleased that you are giving us the privilege to minister to
your child.
We believe kids are important; and their spiritual development is as important
as their physical, mental and emotional.
Through our age related activities and multi-level programs, it is our goal for your child to see Jesus everytime we get together. It is my prayer for your child to come to understand the need for Jesus in their life as he/she grows and begins to make personal life choices.
As your child's pastor, we are partners as we teach your child scripture, the Truth of Jesus and his saving grace, and how to make choices that keep Jesus the center of their life.

Christian Life and Fellowship Kid's Style
At 11:10 on Sunday mornings our children ages 2 years through 6th grade, come together in age-graded classes to discover God's Word together. We use an interactive approach that includes stories, puzzles, skits, and games. Faithful teachers who love the Lord and love children staff these classes.
Kids In Divine Service (KID'S Church)
Midway through the adult worship service, children age 4 years through 6th grade are released for KID'S Church. Pastor Katy shares topical, biblically-based principles, using active learning based object lessons, worship, and games. Our desire is for children to experience God through an age level appropriate teaching following the family-centered worship time.
Adventure Club
Wednesday nights are filled with fun adventures as kids 5 years through 6th grade follow the life of Jesus through a variety of activities, including, video, crafts and recreation.
Students With a Testimony (SWAT)
SWAT is our 5th and 6th Grade Children's Ministry Leadership Team. These students are helpers in our KID'S Church, sponsor outreach events throughout the year and come together as a small group the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month.
Nursery/Preschool
Our nursery/preschool department, directed by Barbara Ellich, is a combination of paid and volunteer staff. We provide care, including Bible story time, singing and play time for all Sunday and Wednesday services and all church activities. We believe it is in the nursery that a child develops his/her first attitudes toward God and the church to be loving and safe. Our nursery/preschool team is of vital importance to our church and young families.
Missions:
Taking the Word of Jesus to our community and world is what we called to do. We believe children are a part of this call. CNC kids participate in a missions training one Sunday a month, various outreach activities and mission trips.
